Saul Feilbogen is a founding partner of Vitale, Manoff & Feilbogen and head of the corporate and finance department. He specializes in cross-border transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and market entry strategies for foreign companies in Argentina, with a strong focus on energy and natural resources, particularly oil, gas, and mining.

Saul has chaired key industry events, including the Argentina & LATAM Lithium Summit and the Energy Summit. He is also a professor at UCEMA and a frequent speaker at international conferences, sharing insights on legal and financial frameworks in the energy sector.
